Terms of reservation

  Tourist tax included in the price, and the host will be registered in Biograd Tourist Board
  Reservation is considered valid after the advance payment for the first day
  Payment is confirmed by e-mail - in case of cancellation of the reservation deposit will not be returned
  The price per day is increased by 30% for booking rooms for less than 4 days
  After receiving your e-mail with your inquiry, we will agree on all the details
  Apartments are available on arrival day from 13.00 (1 pm), and on the day of departure until 10.00 (10 am)

House Rules

We kindly ask you to take the following information into account.

The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and it's furniture situated inside and outside of it;

The guest, who intentionally or accidentally damages the property, will have to reimburse the host for the full amount of the occurred damage;

No pets;

No smoking (except on the balcony). We ask the smokers not to throw cigarette butts around the house, garden or outside of it, and to take necessary precautions in the prevention of fire, and for your own safety;

From 23h00 until 7h00 is the time of peace and quiet;

It is not allowed to bring weapons, forbidden narcotics, or any other dangerous thing to the suites.
